Description
At Bending Branch Farm, we invite small groups to experience the joy of cuddling baby goats while learning about our humane farming practices and how we raise our beloved herd of registered dairy goats. After your snuggle session we welcome you to explore our farm store. You will find our fresh handcrafted cheeses, seasonal raw milk, various cuts of goat meat, home made goat milk soaps, and an assortment of items from other local producers. Join us for an educational and heartwarming visit! Additional Information: This event will take place either outdoors or in our barn, so please dress accordingly. Please wear closed-toe shoes and long pants, as the baby goats love jumping on everything (and everyone!) When choosing your outfit, keep in mind that baby goats occasionally poop! The babies love nibbling on anything they can put in their mouths, so you may want to avoid long earrings and dangly jewelry! We recommend this activity for children 3+. The baby goats are very energetic, which can be intimidating for some small children. Please keep this in mind when deciding whether your children will enjoy it. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your session.
Terms and Conditions
Each attendee must have their own paid reservation. Infants in hands free baby carriers are free. Anyone age 18 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult with their own paid reservation. Anyone coming to observe or to take pictures must have a paid reservation. Please do not bring more people than you have made reservations for. We require a signed waiver for each attendee prior to the start of the session. Customers can reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the start time of their reservation. Unfortunately we do not issue refunds or accept cancellations. Contact us by phone to reschedule. We reserve the right to ask any farm visitor to leave for any reason, including but not limited to: harmful or harassing behavior towards the farm animals, staff, or other visitors; entry into restricted areas without permission, or any behavior that disrupts farm operations or other visitors' enjoyment of the farm.
