Purchase a whole goat and save! You choose how you would like it processed, so you get the cuts you want.
A whole goat usually comes out to between 35-45 lbs. hanging weight (the weight of the carcass after the head, hide, and some organs have been removed). The actual weight of the meat you receive will vary depending on the cuts you select. Liver, heart, kidneys, tongue, and soup bones are all optional, but are included free if you want them.
The total cost is $13.98/lb. of hanging weight.
Whole Goat
We will take an initial deposit of $250.00 to reserve your goat, (the amount you will be charged when you place your order) with the remainder due upon pickup.
After you place your order, we will send you a cut sheet to select how you would like the meat processed, and we will give you an estimated pickup date.
As your pickup date approaches, we will confirm the pickup time with you and let you know the balance due. You can pick up your meat either at our farm, or at one of our farmers' markets.
